"An uncomfortable, disappointing and very hot stay in a non-airconditioned top floor unit."

Good location, with easy access to Freo.

A very hot unit, with no air conditioning available. For the price, I would expect this feature to be available. The billing arrangements were unusual, and a bit harsh: full payment taken up front immediately, with no refund policy at all. The $300 cleaning bond is also taken a week in advance of arrival, and is not given back until a full week after departure. Not a particularly attractive arrangement.
