AUAs our booked apartment was unavailable due to water damage, we were moved to a lovely unit close by. This unit was in a quiet residential area. Unit was lovely with a full kitchen. Bed was amazingly comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

1. May single steps - caused tripping up and down - potentially quite dangerous 2. Prolonged noise from upstairs - footsteps running or walking echoed downwards. 3. Minor issue but no soap holder in shower.
