Great location, good interaction with owner, great view and access to beach

We didn’t realise that there was only access to upstairs with a tenant downstairs until already booked. The owner is aware the kitchen is woeful and plans an update but a toaster could be new at small cost. No fan in the bedroom, very hot even with windows open. We have left a fan.

Views fantastic, lounge comfortable. Affordable.

Only thing that let this property down was the kitchen. Peeling on every cabinet. Poor cooking facilities toaster, portable 2 ring cooking top and a toster. Needs a upgrade Bedding thin, pillows poor if you forget your bedding they charge 30 dollars per set.
