Foxmount Estate - Astrid

Close to the main street and places we needed to go for our work stay. Supplied an extensive list of places to eat for different meals and must see local attractions and sites. Very clean and welcoming feel, cosy for the raining and windy weather we experienced while staying. The bathroom upstairs had the most beautiful bath and was the perfect way to end the day after a long drive and working trip. I will stay again if I ever need to go to Mount Gambier again or suggest to family and friends.

As a person with food restrictions due to allergies, it would have been helpful to maybe include a list or add to the current eating out list places that cater for dietary requirements. Not the vendors fault at all, but I went to 5 different places for breakfast on my first day before being able to find one that could cater for my allergies... as it is a requirement, not a choice. Was also very tricky to find the driveway when arriving later at night, in stormy weather.

This was a beautiful property, with beautiful hosts, thank you Katie and Michael. We loved meeting the families fluffy Duggie the dog. The beds comfortable, the property was stylish and light and bright. Close to town. Highly recommend.

No negatives, We had to get moving for the rest of our trip but if we were hoping to go a little slower in the morning 10am would have been a more suitable check out time than 9.30am.

Exceptional accommodation! We loved everything about our stay. The beds were very comfortable and cosy, the showers generous in size and towels beautiful. Everything we could possibly need was catered for. It really was a home away from home.

There were no negatives.
