Plenty of space for two families and it was clean and close to the shops

Heaters being on timers, empty gas bottle, broken shower door and poor drainage (did call for someone to come fix but should have been fixed prior to our arrival as they were aware of this issue)

Tidy, clean & warm when we checked in.

Complaint I have are replenishment of coffee, tea bags and sugar sachets. We stayed for 2 nights (paid $3000+) and received these just sufficient to last for one time. Also, there were no spare bin bags to replace in the dustbins. We had to use our grocery plastic bags to sort the garbage. I am pretty sure they donot cost much, but will go a long way if the customer needs are cared for. After long cold tiring day at the snow, no one wants to drive back to the mall to buy groceries, or like to see garbage bin overflowing.

Only two bathrooms for 10 adults. Microwave wasn’t working

No wifi Very bad phone reception

the location is excellent, walk to nuggets crossing and very easy to get to the ski fields. the view of the lake is amazing and the kitchen was well stocked- they even had a slow cooker (which we didn't use, but it was there!) and two toasters as well as all the usual cutlery etc

there's a slope to get down to the garage and it's a bit narrow so not for massive 4wds!
