Location good.

Cleanliness was not up to standard: the toilet floor was dirty on arrival, shelving in kitchen cupboards were dirty and cups and glasses were rinsed not washed as had to clean in hot water before use. This was not acceptable as a cleaning fee is added to the booking charge and guests are asked to do all dishes. Towel rail in second bathroom needed as no where to hang towels.

Close to shops,parking was great, off street & in a garage atrached to the unit. Bed very comfortable & TV was a good size. Lisa a very friendly & caring host.
