Lovely owners, nice and quite location

It could have been cleaner. There was a malty smell in the kitchen area. All the windows and fly screens need a good clean and the bathroom needs a deep clean

The fact there was no heating, no cooking facilities and that there has been no attempt to improve this over the last 2 years, it's not the first time I have stayed there. But still has the same "temporary problems"Disgusting

An uncomfortable living experience. My friend said the room is very cold, even if the heating is turned on and a blanket is covered, it won't help. The house is a very poor quality grandmother's house located in the backyard. The sound insulation of the house is very poor, and you can hear the sound of animals running and the wind blowing outside the walls at night. The hygiene and facilities in the room are also very poor, with dust everywhere and even spider webs and other people's hair in the corners. Electrical equipment is also not user-friendly. Although the landlord emphasized in advance that there were no cooking facilities, even the basic microwave provided did not work smoothly. Even in the most expensive district of Perth, it's not worth the price because there are more options for the same price.

The location is very quiet and secure which is important when travelling alone and for work. The owner was very welcoming and instructions for entry, exit and use of the property were very clear.

A bedside lamp would be useful as I tripped over a couple of times moving from the light switch to the bed in the dark. A mat by the bed would also provide some comfort from the cold floor.

Very quiet, we really enjoyed the serenity here. It was a comfortable unit with everything we needed. There were no cooking facilities but there’s an IGA nearby that offers lots of hot & cold prepared food.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
