Haus Bauer Appartment I mit Balkon

Jól felszerelt, tiszta, kényelmes, tágas szállás. Erkélyről szép kilátás a hegyekre. Szállásadó barátságos és segítőkész. Jól éreztük magunkat.

Bei der Anreise wurden wir freundlich von Frau Bauer persönlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und falls es mal an was fehlen sollte; wird einem geholfen. So Kleinigkeiten wie Öl&Essig, Salz&Pfeffer in der Küche finde ich super. Die Kinder konnten im Garten an der Tischtennisplatte spielen oder sich im Gartenhäuschen vorhandene Bälle/Federballspiele ausleihen, da war die Gastgeberin ganz entspannt - hier wird Gastfreundschaft noch groß geschrieben. Das Haus liegt ein paar hundert Meter vom Stadtkern entfernt, kann man aber zu Fuß gut erreichen in der Umgebung kann man zahlreiche Ausflüge machen und mit der "Sommer-Card" sind ganz viele Leistungen bereits inklusive; einfach Klasse für Familien. Man kann im Ort sehr gut Essen gehen und es gibt mehrere Einkaufsläden; ein Fahrradverleih ist auch ganz in der Nähe zu erreichen, welchen ich auch empfehlen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiter empfehlen. :)

Da gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten.

the location of the apartment is a great base for trips to nearby ski resorts. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped. An additional attraction is the possibility of using daily 3-hour free entry to the nearby sauna complex at the Samsunn SPA, located a few hundred meters from the apartment (a few minutes walk along the walking path).

We spent 4 nights in the agreeable attic apartment of the Haus Bauer (Althofen/Mariapfarr), ideally situated to reach several ski resorts: Mautendorf at 6 min, Obertauern at 20 min. driving distance. The comfortable rooms, the large kitchen-dining room (and the fully equipped kitchen), the large bathroom with shower and toilet made our stay very pleasant. (As we were a group of four friends we were happy to have the extra toilet too). We could leave our ski boots on the ski boot dryer in the cellar for the nights, our skis in the garage. As a big BILA shop was nearby we preferred to stay "at home” in the friendly kitchen and cook. We didn't miss anything, but if we needed anything, the very kind owner of the house, Elfriede Bauer was helpful and offered to help. The center of Mariapfarr and the Basilica is worth seeing and is at 3 min. driving, or 15 min walking. We did not try (maybe next time), but the use of the Mariapfarr Samsunn wellness center at 7 min by foot is included in the booking. Choosing Haus Bauer for our stay proved to be a very good decision.
