Haus Josef

Die Ausstattung ist wirklich hervorragend und sehr liebevoll! Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar an Dinge, wo man noch gar nicht weiß, dass man sie brauchen wird. Auch für Säuglinge ist das Apartment super ausgestattet! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm und schnell.

Für die Versorgung ist ein Auto notwendig, außer man kann sein Fahrrad gut beladen. In der Nachbarortschaft Frauenkirchen (5 Autominuten) gibt es alles. Der Zicksee ist auch eher nur mit Fahrzeug/-rad erreichbar.

Ubytovani velice pohodlne se vsim vybavenim. Pani majitelka neskutecne ochotna, nic neni problem a jakekoliv prani zaridi. Rovnez zajisteni snidane bez problemu. Rovnez restauraci kterou vlastni u jezera (2,5km), mohu doporucit. Jiz jsme zde jednou byli a urcite se opet vratime.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Haus Josef — our third time returning, which speaks for itself. The accommodation is nestled in peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect place to explore the wine country or bike. Inside, the house is exceptionally well-equipped. All necessary electronic devices are provided, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of supplies and thoughtful extras — from kitchen equipment to basic food items like salt, coffee, and even cookies. It’s these small touches that really made it feel like home. The garden is amazing — spacious. What truly sets Haus Josef apart, though, is the host Luzia. Incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend Haus Josef to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We’d love to return!

It was totally perfect for us as a family. You can find anything you need - for example a fully equipped kitchen, also coffee capsules for the coffee machine, bottle of wine and mineral water, spices, tea, baby chair, etc. Also the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern. All in all it is super. The Host lady was very very kind and helpful.

We liked the cleanliness and the quality of the facilities in the apartment. The hosts were also very thoughtful to leave drinks and coffee for us to consume throughout our stay.

The location was a bit far from the more interesting sightseeing posts (walking distance-wise), however, one can easily reach these with a car and the parking was very easy at the apartment.

Amazing house just for yourself with a large garden in a calm area. Great base for cycling trips, wonderful with children, the garden is walled, very safe place. The house is spotlessly clean and so well equipped even with some basic food, coffee capsules, laundry detergent... the host thinks of everything you may need or forget. The host takes a good care of the house and even made some improvements from the last year, like new walkway and parking spot. We stayed here last year and came back.

Very tine drawback are the beds, one double bed is very comfy, the other bed in another bedroom is a couch bed, which is slightly less comfy, but still pretty fine.
