The location was great and the place was sparkly clean.

The place is in general need of some TLC. Several taps are loose such that they are hard to use, the electric socket at microwave/kettle is loose, door to bedroom at entrance is almost impossible to close, cutlery is falling apart to name some. With the minimal windows (that can't open) the place also feels more like a basement than a ground floor.
