"Yeeeehah!!! Great place to stay in Agnes Waters"

Our apartment t was beautifully furnished and the floorplan well laid out. The facilities were top notch and access to and from the apartment was easy. The pool was lovely and ample parking was provided. The beach was just a short walk away. A great place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation.

The location was great near the restaurants and a very near walk to the beach. The Pool side was great too. I liked the fact that I had 2 garage spots.

The house was very nice, had all the amenities you need in a home. The location was very close to the beach so that was a bonus. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was great.

In the ad it states there is a BBQ, we bought all the meat with us to have a BBQ for dinner. When we arrived we noticed there was no BBQ. Messaged owner and they stated there was no BBQ there at the moment. Thankfully there was a BBQ area in the pool zone so we cooked on there. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom barely worked. We only got 1 rubbish bag in the kitchen bin, needed more. In the pictures you would see that the fridge has a water dispenser, this unfortunately was not plumbed in and did not work. The check in time at 3pm and check out time of 9am was not so great. Would have been better with an earlier check in and a later check out.

The size and the layout. And the convenience of it being right next to the pool.

They asked me to take the bins out to the curb for collection. Didn’t have a problem with this except I couldn’t find a clearly labelled wheelie bin for that apartment.

Amazing 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. Well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Very private as front apartment access is gated with a beautiful garden & easy access to the stunning pool. Apartment can also be accessed through the rear door via lift from the underground car park. Spotlessly clean & well presented. Short drive to shops & many beautiful beaches. Would definitely stay here again.
