The location, the floor layout/plan and the facilities in the property. Thought has gone into a lot details with pots and pans even cooking oil was there to use.

The fact that the toilet/bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan made the surrounding a bit stuffy. We also found the power supply to the bathroom sink was way far away making it impossible to plug the electric tooth brush. It would've also been nice to have a full length mirror in rooms or the living area. Considering a lot of thought has gone into it, I was a bit surprised to see only two plates. And the plates were too big to be fit into the microwave.
