The location, decor and cleanliness

Nothing. Except the pillows were too flat and soft for our liking. Some other pillow options would be appreciated. :)

Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds

Not able to figure out how to work the microwave. Instructions in booklat dod not match unit. Would have loved some extra pillows and additional saucepans for cooking

Easy key collection

Property is clean and tidy with great facilities. Located very centrally in Mount Gambier. Hosts very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. We have stayed at the same property 3 times in 3 years and will definitely book it again. Thank you to the hosts for a great property.

Bed in the upstairs bedroom was a standard double at best - tiny and a poor choice given how recently the apartment appears to have been renovated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful accommodation. lots to see around the town.

I don't want to put a dampener on our stay or your premises but we did note that the floors left our feet black & I can see the start of mould in the showers. I only mention it so that you can check these things out & sort them before they become worse as I would hate to see the house fall into bad shape. Also, the vent in the bathrooms needs a quick wipeover. Hope I'm not offending ut know that if this were my property I would like to be informed.
