Resort Apartment 109

The property was not what was advertised. The room itself was an old room stuffed in the corner of the building.

Very unclean

Good that there was a washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities

The place smelled a bit stale which I rectified by opening the sliding door for a while and the bath would not drain after the very first shower. We had to wait 2-3 hours for it to drain after each person. The soap scum and greasy water keep adding to the next lot of water. It was pretty disgusting by the second day. We were only there for 2 days so we didn’t want to be fiddling with plumbers etc. The severity indicated that the drainage was potentially known about and not acted on although I can’t be sure.

The location was great. The apartment was great and comfortable.

Perhaps when advertising this room suggest people bring DVD's as there is no streaming services or perhaps put in streaming service. Also please provide a non slip mat for the bath/shower it is very slippery and not easy to get in and out of the shower.

The rooms where amazing , exactly as they all appear in the photos online when booking which is rare these days. Plus opposite the beach you can't get better than that! And the pools indoor & out were beautiful & also the gym! Loved it

I didn't like the fact our stove top in our apartment did not work at all . I tried contacting the admin from the office where we collected our keys from but still haven't heard anything back. Pretty annoyed about this
