Was not explained that we needed to pick up keys from different location before turning up to accommodation. Very confusing and inconvenient

East Coast Getaways did not provide sheets bedding Not made up the sofa bed. Clearly four people staying! Said “ they weren’t told they needed to put sheets on the sofa bed!” Rude I am my daughter had to sleep with no sheets for 2 nights Horrible service and they just didn’t care I paid $950 for 2 nights ! Ripped off and disgusted with this apartment. One key for 4 people! Pick up key 800metres walk away !

Location was fantastic, check-in staff very friendly.

Unit was not very clean, no pillow cases and dirty dishes in cupboard.
