Very spacious apartment with nice water views over the park. Nice comfortable bed with en-suite bathroom. Well appointed kitchen and dining/lounge area. Good position to town a medium walk or short drive away from shops. Good value for money.

Parking a bit tight. For the immobile the stairs might be challenging. But minor issues

Location location location Nice to have a balcony that looks toward the ocean. Bedrooms are well away from the living area and stay cool. Ample room sizes Ample cooking facilities and utensils Small block of apartments and reasonably sound proof.

Needs a refresher Some important items to attend to.
