Overall the accommodation was a good space but with a good location but not up to standard in cleanliness and some facilities.

the accommodation was very tired with broken fly screens, there was only an air conditioner in the main living space and the windows in the bedrooms only opened a fraction so it was hot to sleep at night. There was 1 pedestal fan. The space was ample but definitely needs a facelift. We could not use the balcony in the evenings as the outdoor lights were not working. The place had not been cleaned properly with mountains of dirt under the sofa with old tissues toys etc. The pool had not been swept properly but this was rectified during our stay when I contacted the agent about the lights and cleanliness. The lights were not attended to, nor did they send a cleaner in. The bathrooms were clean but not well. The toilets needed a proper clean as the bowls were stained brown.

Location

The living area curtains were quite old and mouldy with broken hooks. Food crumbs on the dining chairs and dining table. There were many broken and chipped floor tiles in the ensuite bathroom and in front of the lounge which were sharp and we had to be aware not to tread on them. The power point in the main bathroom was badly cracked and we decided not to risk using it in case of electrocution. The single bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable for an adult to use. no dishcloth or scourer in the kitchen, only 1 small chux cloth. Also, no spare garbage bags for a 1 week stay. The stairwell walls were very grubby and needed to be cleaned or repainted as it was not a great first impression. I work for a holiday rental company in NSW and part of my job is to check that guests have basic needs like these for the length of their stay and do not need to purchase things like these so it was disappointing to see that some things like this were lacking. I have found that this goes a long way to ensuring positive reviews and return bookings.

Location was good property need to have things fixed and money spent on it new beds , lounge??

Renovate and it would be good also yard work early in the mornings was very loud Blowwer

Spacey three bedroom apartment in great location in Little Cove.

The apartment had everything you needed however was a bit dated but still comfortable

The location is great, in a quiet complex close to the beach and Noosa Headland. Has all needed amenities and the kitchen is huge! LOVED the balcony too. Rental team were very helpful.

Leaf blower in the morning. Plus needed some plastic bowls etc for little kids.

Holiday letting agent looked after a few problems we had with the Town house quickly.

Bathroom very dated wants upgrading.

Location was great. Hard to find accomodation for a family at this price in Noosa Heads. All facilities provided. Plenty of room. Comfy beds.
