Old School Rocky Cape Group Retreat Sleeps 10

Rural location. Close to great pub (3km)

Alot of space with a beautiful country view. I loved the historical pictures and stories of the old school throughout the living area.

There is a long list of rules, it's unfortunate that other people have spoilt this for others and the owners need to have the normal expectations listed.

Lovely outlook and interesting history.

Lots of space, the view. We didn’t get to enjoy any of it as we had a wedding to go to and was gone from 2pm till 2am

Absolutely disgusted with the hosts and property .They were pissed on Christmas Eve and tried to con us in to giving more money for the pets that we have already paid for and witnessed entering the property with, just slide it under the door . when we confronted then about it to them we were asked to pack up and leave in half hour calling us arseholes .There was a dog barking all morning near the shared door that states private . house smells there's bird poop to greet you as you enter on the bottom of the front door the window sills are covered in mould the sinks never been scrubbed I own a cleaning cleaning business and rent out my investment property and this is a very poorly maintained house and the drunk landlords just take advantage without a care and they get away with it .There was one bin liner and one dishwashing capsule for the three days use maybe thats is why more money needs to be slid under the door .My two girls are still shaken up by the incident of two drunk men at the door asking us to leave in the middle of the night because we refused to slide more money under the door .Very Very disgusted please be prepared to slide money under the door if you book this property for your holiday .

plenty of space comfortable bed nice view out the back of a big pond with ducks and chickens, and hills behind, well equipped kitchen good shower and bathroom. I liked the rules about dogs being restricted by the owners. I guess there may have been problems with dogs and their livestock.

A lot of rules and charges for being untidy: owners should trust the guests a little more to leave the apartment in a good state. The old school house is obviously on a highway so predictably some traffic noise, mainly in the morning.
