location good, 15 min walk to town, 5 mins to beach. super clean.

the unit is very old, a fresh coat of paint new quilts some trendy cushions or throws would go a long way. A few little things, no face clothes, towels were about 15 years old hand wash soap dispensers were about 1/8 full. no air con, we didn't need it, but oil heaters for winter use and fans for summer.

No air con for heating, had one oil heater but not big enough to warm the whole apartment so we bought more

Huge Apartment, lots of linen , well equipped kitchen, Laundry, bath . Loved the apartment space , views and balcony. Loved the apartment.

Carpet was very old and worn out , trip hazard for my 91 year old dad as not smooth and easy to walk on for the elderly. Apartment is great but needs some love bathrooms etc etc but maybe I wouldn’t be able to afford it if it was done up. We still had a good time . Wish I owned this apartment and could slowly make changes . Storage is amazing !!!
