The Walkup Southbank

Apartment was lovely and clean, lots of extras in terms of condiments and fresh milk in the fridge. Lots of extras in the bathrooms that you wouldn't usually get in a air bnb.

We had no idea that there would only be one set of keys to the apartment. After we arrived, I contacted Adrian via phone and messaging a couple of times but did not receive a response when I asked for more keys to the apartment. 1 set of keys for 6 people staying in a 3 bedroom apartment is not acceptable. It's also not acceptable to ghost customers by not responding when they contact you asking for keys.

Location was excellent, very close to everything we needed. Coffee, food everywhere and supermarket across the road. Our host Adrian was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, have never encountered such an obliging host before.

It’s close to everything with parking access and Adrian was easy to contact.

The accommodation was in a fantastic location, walking distance to many places, 5 minutes from Crown Casino, across the road from a great burger and pizza place. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Adrian helped with any questions we had, awesome host.

The location was fantastic, as was being able to come and go as we pleased. The place was huge, clean, the beds were great and the shower was brilliant!! We could not have asked for more.

the host was very accommodating in letting us check in early and also on departing allowing us to leave our luggage. there was coffee and chocolates provided
