Soul Surfers Paradise 3 Bedroom Beach Apartment

The location was perfect and accessible to everything. Our flight was delayed and Lana met us at the property with no issue.

The apartment smelled very strongly of mould which permeated through every room including the bedlinen- so much so, that we could not remain in the apartment. We stayed one night and found alternative accommodation. The apartment was also not clean- food in the dishwasher, hair in the shower and bed, stains on the carpet, soap on the bathroom bench, kitchen sink not cleaned, etc. this was disappointing as both Lana and Marilyn were so lovely. Marilyn did offer to come back and clean the apartment but we had already found an alternative.

The owner Marilyn was fantastic our flight didn't get in till 10pm at night she let us come to her home to pick up the keys to the apartment she was very helpful and I couldn't thank her enough for helping us.

Loved the apartment and views were fantastic, unit was very clean. After cancelling hours earlier at another hotel the owner was so helpful and accommodating to us. Thanks again Marilyn
