Car parking was confusing. Our car park number was in front of another unit and had a motorcycle and a car already parked in it.

Super comfortable bed and abundant cleaning supplies provided.

Bathroom has no ventilation other than a small window which needs to be closed for privacy in shower, has no towel rails or hooks and shower door appears to be damaged as it's not possible to easily close it all the way. Found a dead cockroach. To be fair, we found a rack that could be used for towels, folded against the bedroom wall - but only when we were checking out and picked up our bag! No milk supplied. Cereal bowls, mugs and wine glasses were perfectly adequate for two but there were only 2 differently sized plates to eat our dinner from.

Location was convenient

Shower door broken, couldn’t get to sleep because of noisy neighbour upstairs and a dog barking in the complex. Debit card surcharge is a bit rich considering it was added on after the fact and not included in the payment summary.

$93 cleaning fee -- yet still given a list of cleanup to do upon departure. Totally inflexible about check in/out times despite being empty before and after our stay.

Not really set up that well. Eg, no where to hang a towel in bathroom. Shower door hard to close. Bed not very comfy
