"Apartment lovely. But dealing with the Company was impossible."

The picture on this website was a lovely terrace. We could not go out on it . It was so disgusting. It was not swept and the outdoor furniture was covered in bird pooh. The BBQ left open and not cleaned . We rang Holiday Specialists to complain and they said they would send the cleaners around. No one turned up. We told them they could go in as we were on holiday and away during the day. We would never use Holiday Specialists again. Booking dot.com yes but not them

The spacious feel of the property was excellent. Close proximity to the beach and centre of town was ideal.

Didn't enjoy having a smoker next door that wafted through the unit when doors were open! The booking in process involved too many emails and we felt uncertain of our booking until we finally received the key code details, which is only 30 minutes before arrival. When you are travelling for a day to get there, it would be nice to know everything is sorted well beforehand.

Location and proximity to facilities and beaches. Unit amenities were very good for two coulkes staying.

Thee was only one set of keys and fob issued for four people which was ridiculous and made moving around daily an organizational minefield. Removed an amount of freedom of movement. Also numerous little notes up everywhere about our obligations as guests or there would be financisl consequences were a bit much. Its an accommodation world wide excepted condition you break you pay, dont need it drummed in with little notes like school kids.

The property was very clean, well appointed with everything one could need. The location was great as we were within walking distance to our visiting location, lovely coffee and the beach.

The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard - I’m not sure if this is helpful feedback but it didn’t make for a good night’s rest.
