Place is very good

The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed, kitchenette, sitting area, dining table and balcony patio. You really couldn’t ask for more. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of town with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. It was easy to catch a bus, the bus terminal is just across the street, to go to the northern beaches for snorkeling and swimming or to the hotel area north of town that has other restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Bay Harbor Luxury Apartments.

It was a little tricky to find but once you know, all is good.

The bedroom has a strategic location in a city downtown, it was very good for us because we took Aruba bus every day to go to the beach.

The furniture could be better and we didn´t have any answer about some alternative to putting our luggage after check out.

Great messaging before we arrived. Easy to make contact our host once we had a local SIM, though the airport has free wifi.. Hosts were very helpful when keys didn't work at first. Apartment is about 100m from the bus station, so very easy to get around the island and beaches without a car. If you want to travel by bus, be sure to order your bus pass/card asap (fares are cheaper with it), as it takes a couple of days to process. If you like to watch big cruise ships, this is the place to do it!

Cooking facilities are very limited. Presumably this was by design. But huge living/bedroom and large bathroom, Tiny kitchen space, one hot plate and virtually no counter space but we were able to cook several meals using a bit of creativity.

Floors were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing worked. Constant flies getting in. Main entrance door broken. No help from staff.

Excellent location. Had issues with hot water which worked sporadically. Marco said he would look into it but few hot showers and we were there for a month! Beach is much farther than stated on the website. Between $10-$15 cab ride, but worth it. Construction was going on directly below us so awakened by 7:00 every morning but this wasn’t mentioned in our conversations before the booking. Netflix is the only thing available on the tv so make sure you know your password. Few minor issues which Marco addressed right away.

It met all the requirements. I would recommend it.
