Perfect position, unit was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again

The location and the cleanliness

Could do with better heating through the apartment very cold in the bedrooms

The location was so central to all that Nelson Bay has to offer. Easy access via detailed instructions on how to open/where the lockbox was located to find the keys. The whole apartment was one of the biggest we have ever stayed in, lovely space for everyone and the pics on the internet do not do it justice, some of the furniture in the lounge/dining room have been replaced so looks a lot more modern and so comfortable. Great self-catering facilities, lots of bowls/serving platters/utensils and even inc. a sandwich maker & Air Fryer.

The bathrooms are looking quite dated - although the showers were very powerful and great to use after a day spent in the sunshine.

Perhaps a warning sign on the garage door wouldn't go amiss. The height between garage door when open and boot when open was not enough. My first time opening the boot it hit the door, and chipped my boot. My car was only small. Would prefer to park out in the open area spaces.
