Hobart Colonial Apartment

Location was good .

Definitely not pet friendly as stated, no secure area. Outside of property was extremely untidy and neglected.

This is a delightful, colonial apartment, with the quirkiness of an old building (really charming), and with the comfort of modern living! Great kitchen, great bed, a car park and so very central to the main attractions!!

Excellent location, close to city centre with off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Comfortable bed in spacious bedroom. Bathroom had all essentials. Heater which we needed even though it was early March.

2nd bed was needed & not prepared. Couldn't work out sofa bed in living area. Found folding bed in an ottaman which we moved to living room as we are brother & sister so need 2 different sleeping spaces. Found sufficient linen in a cupboard. Some instructions on the sofa bed and on location of linen would have helped. If 2 people are booked you can't presume they will share a bed or a room if there are 2 rooms.

Everything that was advertised was there. I loved the space

the couch kept slipping when sitting , maybe it was just me ha ha

Quiet and comfortable unit. Close to city, battery point and Salamanca.

Location good, despite the hill but that's Hobart!

No instructions anywhere relating to how to use anything... including the washing machine (which bangs around horrendously when spinning). No suggestions re: restaurants, supermarket, buses etc. Also, I asked for an extra bed, there was a sofa bed that we couldn't work out and also a single bed thing in the bedroom that was not made up for us. We had to search around for sheets etc. Apartment could have been cleaner.
