It had been beautifully renovated.

This one is quite unique. The flat is part of a complex that was part of a slum clearance initiative in the 60s and was renovated during that time to provide reasonably priced inner city accommodation for people who wanted to buy. (It has been renovated since then). I felt that it being a short-term let rather went against that philosophy! Me, just being a bit uppity really. But the property itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location, very close to RM hospital, which is what we needed this trip. The setting was so relaxing with lovely garden surrounds. The owner was so helpful and supportive while we were going through a tough time. We would definitely stay here again for a great location to explore North Melbourne and surrounding areas.
