"Great central location, quiet unless there are hoon drivers about, but watch those high windows for early morning light!"

Location, size and general fit-out were excellent. Comfortable beds - could also do with some slightly thinner soft pillows. Kitchen is very well equipped with good amounts of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and pots for stove, oven and microwave, but apart from breakfasts, we ate out. Loved the espresso machine! For stays in the cooler months, bathroom heaters would be great.

Extra high windows above stairway to loft bedroom were completely uncurtained in any way, so in Summer, there would be no possibility of a sleep-in, especially with young children. Even adults would be hard-pressed to sleep through that much daylight, and the open area with sleeping for at least 5-6 people is not really ideal, unless you are ready for very early mornings (and disturbed nights with bathroom calls!).
