Its location and the comfortable set up of the apartment.

A large rug in the lounge area which continues to scrunch making elevated walking area easy to trip over. Could lead to injury and should be replaced. Parking area very restricted.

Silver Run is gorgeous, everything you could ever require is supplied. The decor is lovely and the property is beautifully maintained.

The iron and ironing board cover needs replacing.
