The location

Very very dirty. Not being able to check in and going to find the lockbox in a different location. Getting a message 24hours before check out to remind me to checkout. I’m still on holiday please don’t disturb me.

Right in the heart of central Surfers. Close to beach and all amenities. Amazing views from balcony.

Was not advertised as an air bnb setup so therefore was not aware it would not be serviced daily. It was within a hotel complex but keys not on site. Had to find the supermarket where they were stored and use lockbox to obtain keys. Owner unaware of our arrival that day. Room dusty and dirty and hair found in bathroom and on floor. Shower head broken. Apartment rundown. Toilet dirty. On leaving apartment keys had to be taken back to the supermarket lockbox off site. For people who are traveling internationally such as us it was a nightmare to navigate and not advertised as this setup. I never complain, however, this was not value for money. The views and proximity of it was great but I wish I had have known it was privately owned and not run by the hotel.

Had good sea views. But NOT happy with getting access to the unit. Booking.com msg to contact Mx which I did. Mx advised to msg Jason. When I msg was told it was too early by manager & to do it day before. Later was told they managed lots of units & only do it on the day. We found the units but management told us they have no record if our booking. Told them we have paid & it was through Booking.com. They said they had nothing to do with our booking & likely it was AirBNB. They told us there is a Jason who is in Security & start @ 6pm. 6 pm came & no Jason m. We then found out he was not working on 20/5/23. We thought We had to sleep in the car that night. The manager did send a long msg of getting the unit key. Long & short of it was, it was convoluted. The manager, Gina msg me that I should get a place next time that will give personal service. My husband was not impressed with the stress that evening not knowing if we had a bed to sleep on.

Getting access to the keys & the unit. Management did not care & the whole process was perfunctory 😂

the walk to the main strip was very fast, especially cutting through the shopping centre. & it was right near the beach 🙂

a few more bin bags, but that’s about all :)
