"Great location, shame about substandard facilities"

Large living areas, direct access to pool, undercover parking & guest parking

No AC so VERY hot in summer & VERY cold in winter (stayed there last winter), fridge too small & froze all our fresh produce, dryer didn't dry towels, limited glassware, no coffee maker. All these items aren't expensive but would make the visitor experience so.much better

Restaurants at Sunshine beach were great & the Surf Club was a great venue

WIFI would have been a real bonus. There were insufficient blankets. Nights were quite cold at this time of year. There was one double bed blanket which was insufficent to keep us warm.
