Location was great, walking distance to the shops and Spencer park.

It smelled of mildew and mould. There was visible mould on the curtains and areas of the ceiling and around the windows. The bathroom and laundry had water issues (the water seemed a bit brown, the washing machine left dirt on the white sheets, and the kitchen tap handle leaked). The bed sheets also didn’t seem particularly clean.

Location is perfect, right next to everything in a city centre.

The apartment was a bit smaller than we thought it would be (hard to tell by judging the photos), but otherwise no issues.

Good location

The street numbering was not well lit and had to walk up and down the street to find the property. The signage about leaving space for other tenants to turn was also difficult to see and confused me initially about where I could park. There was a very strong and unpleasant cleaning smell that lasted over the 2 days
