Excellent position and building amenities were great.

You'd expect that it being a newer apartment block that there would be double glazing to the windows and doors as there was way too much noise coming in from the street. Definitely need to look at changing the cleaning contractors

The views were wonderful most mornings we had visits from the whales and dolphins which was magical for the whole family to witness, Very family-friendly place to stay. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay even things you hadn't thought of. The place itself is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beaches which was great for day trips with the family.

No face washers were provided during our stay and we had to go purchase these ourselves which was a bit of an inconvenience when it stated all linen was provided.When we arrived there was also an empty tissue box with no tissues and we again had to buy these ourselves.One of the two sets of keys we were giving for the garage and apartment didn't always work which made it challenging to exit at times.

Great location, lovely view of the ocean baths, the sea and the local area. Modern, clean fitout and furnishing. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Large bath towels. Big screen TV. Excellent climate control heating and cooling. The managing agent was friendly on collecting and returning keys.

Some more comfortable, personal touches would be nice to make the place more homely for a holiday. Apart from crockery etc, all cupboards, drawers and shelves were bare (in the kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms) - feels a bit like staying in a display home. Would love some books, magazines, music, knee rugs, games, Very few consumables supplied except for those contained in a 'starter pack'. A total of 1 toilet roll was provided - for use in 2 bathrooms! - and items such as 1 teeny soap and 2 tea bags for a 3 bed apartment. Seems stingy for the price paid.

The location is perfect it’s a short walk to Forsters Main Street and only a block away from the beach. The view is also perfect.

Apart from the location and view there is nothing good about this apartment. Firstly our remote control key would not work for us to get into the car park it was flat so every time we wanted to go in or out we would be sitting there pressing the button for a good 5 minutes before it would work. We were given another key but it done the same thing. The key to get into the apartment also takes alot. Secondly the apartment is absolutely filthy! The floors had pet hair on them, and our feet were black from walking on the floors, the couch was disgusting it’s a cream couch which you can clearly see stains on, the toilets had not been cleaned, all of the tv remotes were flat, and the apartment smells like a deep fryer! For the price you pay it is very disappointing to be staying in such a disgusting place. It desperately needs a good vacuum and mop! And considering you have to get rid of all of your rubbish and pack the dishwasher before you leave there really is not a lot of cleaning to be done! I’m not sure what the cleaners actually do I guess they just give the floor a quick sweep. Unfortunately I would not recommend this apartment.
