"We’re only given 4 towels (for four of us) and no towels were provided for the use of the pool. No hairdryer and no toas"

Felt alienated from resort, as we booked via booking.com, so resort staff were unwilling to help with any if our queries regarding room amenities. I was unaware by booking via booking.com it was sepetate to Silverwater

Our location was great, kids had such a great time and didn't want to leave. Everything was very close and accessible without driving too far. Rachael is a great host, definitely coming back again.
