The property is very tired and run down. It feels like it needs a deep clean. The bedroom we stayed in with the additional door in there, had water coming in during the storms so the floor was continuously wet. I had to wash all plates and cups before using as they had such a stale smell to them. All the drawers and cupboards smell fusty. The iron is falling apart and appears unsafe to use. We ended up leaving 2 days earlier than planned, couldn’t wait to leave the place. The owners need to seriously invest some time and money into this apartment, it’s quite clear that while ever people are paying the premium to stay here they will happily leave it as it is with little maintenance/upgrades being undertaken.
