It was close to everything.

The listing clearly advertised "1 bedroom + 1 living room" but what we received was completely different - just ONE ROOM with two beds. This is not a minor discrepancy; it's false advertising that significantly impacted our stay. Updating the listing description to match the actual room layout would prevent future misunderstandings. Additionally, training staff to handle guest concerns with patience and understanding would greatly improve the overall experience, especially for visitors coming for spiritual purposes.
