Crocs on Cavenagh

Great location within walking distance to most places in the CBD. All the amenities were great, washing machine, fridge air con, bedrooms, lounge and secure underground carpark really good.

Air con in one bedroom was a bit noisy, my brother in law is a fridgy and it drove him nuts. Only had 1 key fob so basically it was 1 out all out. Not the end of the world but would have been handy to have a second key.

Location excellent!! Quiet within building yet short easy walk to taxi ranks, restaurants, Street Art Trail, Heritage Trail, Hop On Hop Off bus stop, Tour Pick-up Points, supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, variety shops. Well located price wise for taxi fares to Stokes Wharf, Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal and Mindil Beach Markets.

Iconic croc features, location, was spacious for family of 5. Access to some gym equipment. Parking.

Pool- smelt like overload of chlorine.

It would be better if the hot water could be warmer.

This is an amazing property at the heart of Darwin CBD. The apartment was clean and exceeded all our expectation. The communication from Kim (the owner) from the time I booked was exceptional. If we ever visit Darwin again we know where to stay.
