Cosy Studio with Sea View in Ostend

Der Ausblick aus dem 8. Stock direkt auf das Meer war mega! Die Lage des Apartments war direkt am Strand von Mariakerke, daher echt top!

Das Apartment war nicht wirklich sauber, als wir ankamen! Der Balkon war nicht sauber, dort könnte mal wieder nass gewischt werden o.Ä., Zigarettenstummel lagen dort und einige Flecken waren auf dem Boden, daher haben wir den Balkon eigentlich nur als "Ablagefläche" genutzt. Barfuß auf den Balkon gehen war daher nicht möglich. Das Schlafsofa ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eventuell mal ausgetauscht werden, das weitere vorhandene Klappbett war hingegen etwas "bequemer", allerdings nur für eine Person gedacht. Die Küchenausstattung (Pfannen, etc.) müssten ebenfalls mal ausgetauscht/ erneuert werden. (Eine Pfanne war so zerkratzt, dass wir diese garnicht erst angewendet haben). Eine neue WC-Bürste wäre ebenfalls mal sinnvoll. Im großen und ganzen war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, allerdings nicht in den besten Zuständen. Da wir nicht wirklich viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben, waren die 5 Nächte, die wir vor Ort waren, ganz in Ordnung.

The owner knew that the sofa bed in the living room was broken. He told us 4 days before our arrival, saying that he was trying to find a solution... nothing was done and we got a notice that the bed could not be closed, that we could not try to change the open position for the bed... we stayed there (2 adults and two 3 years old little girls) with an open bed that took all the place in the living room. No commercial gesture. No excuse. Just the bland fact! Not really what we hoped for!!
