Location

House is getting dated, rust in tub, inside door had a mlsection peeling away. Outdoor paving dangerously uneven we are in our late 70s and had to be very careful.

Great location. Spacious

Furniture not very comfortable. Couches very low Pool not easily accessible. Really need an additional step in the top section. Was difficult to climb in and out of.

I rang the contact at the front door as I hadnt heard from them.

No contact regarding the key. I didnt realise the pool area was shared. Oven and stove are very old and you cant read the dials. The top bedroom toilet smells. I saw a rodent run through the main bedroom, there are signs of rodents.

In the city centre, close to beaches and shops. Walking distance to Pelican feeding, and Pelican Cafe.

No internet access. I did not notice that there is no internet access when making the booking.
