Great location

Location was primo. You could walk out the front door and turn left or right and find whatever you needed. Grocery stores in both directions, food in both directions, shopping in both directions and water in both directions (left for the beach; right for the river and water activities) and room views were to die for every day morning and night

There were only ceiling fans, no a/c. Luckily we stayed during the cooler months so this was not an issue.

Beautiful location overlooking the Noosa River.

Pillows weren't great, really would have benefitted from a BBQ on the balcony.

Absolutely fabulous outlook and location.

Very dated and tired - 1980’s. Pool not heated, no bbq, tiny double bed. Kitchen very tired also too many cupboards locked off.

Nice and clean, great outlook

Location was spot on as we had our daughters wedding on the beach then reception at Ricky’s . The view from balcony was just gorgeous. We would love to stay again.

A couple of the drawers in kitchen smelt a bit old and musty plus one of the ensuite drawers . But that is all

Location was excellent- right on the river with such a magnificent view and peaceful surrounds. A flat walk to hastings street with lovely wide foothpaths and lots of beautiful homes to admire on the way.
