The Glen

As it was listed as a unit, I thought it would have a kitchenette or something like that, as it was a dostance from town. As my food choices are limited it made things difficult. No Wifi if there was wasn’t given a code, tv operations was not explained or written information available. The use of artificial infusions were irritating thus difficult with. Breathing. Outside area could have been a little cleaner and BBQ was not clean Over all a nice quiet place to stay host was pleasant and friendly

We were welcomed and taken to our accommodation given keys and explained security of the property after hours. Self-contained well-appointed 1 bedroom unit on a local property. Great kitchen amenities, great sized bathroom and shower area. Private entry, privacy +++. Quiet. Safe. Enjoyed looking out to the cows nearby. Secured pool within close proximity to Unit for a quick dip. As a note only, breakfast is not included. Local shops and eateries to buy groceries, supplies or eat out within 4 kms. Nice surrounding areas to walk, have a picnic and enjoy water views. Friendly locals.

There was nothing apparent, In the still of the early evening we heard two (2) trains this was not an issue for us. When returning to the property at night the letter box was illuminated to assist in finding the address. To further assist may be a couple of cats eyes to mark entry of driveway to assist when turning in.

Beautiful rural place with a nice fire place from where you can look over the fields and watch the horses. The room is super spacious, has a kitchen and is very modern and clean. The host is very friendly and makes you feel at home.
