Apartment On King Street

Original apartment was very disappointing due to work on the frontage, which was covered in scaffolding and black screaming. But the apartment itself was excellent, the apartment we were moved to was brilliant with great views 10/10

Only informed of scaffolding on day we arrived.

I like the fact that the fittings, furniture and beds were of a good quality. The rooms were of a reasonable size. I was contacted by the owners of the property who offered me a $100.00 refund given how annoyed I was with the presentation for the property. I accepted the refund but was still left with a $720 fee for the rental.

The entire building is undergoing major renovations. There was scaffolding from top to bottom and a strong protective screen covered the entire scaffolding. Views of the ocean and beach were severely compromised. If I had not paid upfront for the two-day rental, I would have walked away. Booking.com has failed the quality assurance that should occur with expensive properties like this.

Location and price. Fantastic view.

The unit was well equipped, in a great location & was warm & homey. Great checkin service with Kristy meeting on site to show the facilities.

Temporary scaffolding on balcony but this was expected & explained at booking time & didn’t impact our joy of staying in the unit. Still able to see the ocean 😃

pillows were a bit hard for my liking but everything else was fantastic

All perfect! Luxury apartment, indoor car parking, wonderful sea view, nice area with lots of restaurants.
