"Pleasant but noisy."

The Parking and lift were good. Most of the provided equipment was good. The washing machine and airer were very handy.

Cleanliness, the last tenant had not been clean. We had to wash some equipment before we could use it. There is no bottle opener. The lounge is very low, and we both became sore from it. The table is very high and the stools were not comfortable. We had to close all the windows at night as the road noise was bad. The east windows need some more sun blocking as we were woken often with the bright sun very early. We cleaned a thoroughly as we could but there is no means of washing the floor.

"It was a great apartment. Location was easy access to all that we did. It had an amazing view."

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was good . We had a good stay and the ease of the everything being so close helped. Great views..we enjoyed looking at the activity of the harbour each day.

A couple more pillows for the couch... there is a bit of movement with the large ones. Really nothing to complain about.

Facilities provided.

Attitude of staff. We were advised of roofing works 3 weeks prior to leaving the UK. Roofing replacement was noisy to the degree that on 2 days we had to leave the flat. Office staff were unapologetic and unprofessional in dealing with our concerns. A simple enquiry about access was met with the resonse that we had been informed 6 weeks previously while we were in England. The location is next to the very busy Highway 12 / Highway 7 intersection with buses and container traffic.

Fantastic location and views. Great that it included the little things you might need like scissors and visitor’s books.

the light through the windows in the morning made a sleep in impossible, just needs a couple of blinds.
