Good location. Apartment was comfortable and provided everything needed for our stay. Has allocated secure basement parking for one car. Onsite resort restaurant, that does takeaway also, is within very close proximity to the apartment. Resort has several pools, spas and water slides for kids and adults alike.

Be aware that there are no lifts in this complex. But having a ground floor apartment meant not too many steps up from basement parking.

"Very poor"

We liked the property facilities however the room itself was disgusting. Within minutes the soles of our feet were black with dirt from the floor tiles and the first day alone we had 8 cockroaches in our room. The Deck restaurant also served all 4 of us cold and chewy toast so we didnt go back for a second breakfast.

The cleanliness. The room was gross. The room had a stink as soon as we walked in which i found to be the dishwasher. When i opened it i dry wretched. I have never smelt something so disgusting.

The facilities at Turtle Beach are wonderful for a young family

The room had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay but given it is starting to some show wear and tear, I think it was slightly overpriced for what it is. The cleaning could be a little better too as there was still food scraps in the dishwasher from previous renters.
