Karas 6 Thredbo Village

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and cosy the view from the balcony was lovely.

A bit of a walk to the main car park in Thredbo but you can unload the car at the property.

Clean, comfortable, nice view, good water pressure in bath/ shower. Near shuttle bus stop.

Wifi didn’t work. Not ‘2 bathrooms’, it’s 1, with an extra toilet (1.5 bath). Difficult to find again after parking in overnight parking (1km away) when arriving after dark. Needed more blankets for such a cold environment. Separate recycle bin required. Hard to sleep in wild weather with rain on tin roof and draughty wind whistling through doors/ windows. Expensive. Steep driveway access for unloading. Ended up hurting my back trying to get our bags back in car boot on a very steep driveway slope.

There were no floor towels provided or hand towels for the bathroom and toilet rooms.

The apartment was very clean. When we arrived even the heater was on and it was nice and warm.

The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The personal touches made it feel cosy and comfortable. Adored the view from the balcony. Location was central to everything. Hosts were welcoming and friendly will definitely be back.
