"Fabulous"

We loved this Apartment and it's location on Flinders st. The Owner Rob is lovely. The Apartment is like home from Home. Straight out the front door and onto the number 35 free Tram which takes you right around Melbournes circle line, stopping at Tourist attractions. Robs help and Information for Guest is endless. There was Tea coffee sugar and Tim Tams in the Apartment upon our arrival, the Earl Grey tea was greatly appreciated by my wife. We would give this Apartment 10 out of 10 for everything. We look forward to visiting Melbourne again and staying in Robs Apartment.

"Apartment is in a handy location, Rob the host is great for info on cafes and attractions."

Great location modern complex of apartments well equipped, nice view from the verandah. Rob our host gave us great directions and advice to local restaurants, cafés and attractions.

Rear units face busy train lines which can be noisy at night, windows are glazed which does help.

The location was really convenient and we liked that it had a back entrance to ACDC lane. The property was spacious and well equipped. The host was really responsive and accommodating.

Great location, easy to get around the city, a short walk to flinders st station and 10 minute walk to MCG. Was very homely apartment and a very comfortable stay.

Trains & trams are loud when you’re not used to them. But goes with the great location.

The location was exceptional, loved stepping out of the building straight into the heart of Melbourne and The proximity to restaurants, and shops. The unit was well appointed with everything you need. It was clean, however floor covers and walls are very tired obviously due to lots of wear. There is noise from flinders street however this doesn’t worry us at all as we always wear earplugs when we stay in hotels etc. the beds are small . Communication regarding check in and checkout was very good, and would definitely stay again.
