Sarah is an excellent host. Great hospitality. Apartment is very clean and located near to old town.

It was easy to collect the keys and access the place, location is very central. The host is very responsive and sent detailed instructions on how to get in. Apartments feel new and clean and well stocked.

It's worth noting that it is a series of renovated apartments in an old building. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service and had been for a few months, we were not made aware of this. this was a challenge as the apartment is on the third floor and we had suitcases, strollers, and small children with us. The host was empathetic, though this would have been key information to know ahead of time.

Location of the apartment is excellent. Very near to old town. Sarah is an superb host. She explained how to get to the Apartment and even answered all my queries late at night. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Overall loved our stay in this apartment at Sarajevo.

The shower was cold all the time. We couldn’t take a warm shower. I gave this as feedback to the owner. To keep your guests satisfied I would recommend to give a discount, because the experience made it this way unpleasant.
