The apartment had a cosy lived-in feel to it, immediately felt at home. Beautiful views from the 24th floor. The beds were super comfy with enough bedding during the cold spell. Host meeting us late on a bitter cold night to hand over keys.

Good access to multiple tram lines or a 15min walk to Flinders Street/City. Supermarket across the road. Car park and very close access to freeways for days we travelled out of the city.

Bedrooms were cold on the cold days/nights. The single airconditioning unit in the living room was good for that space but not able to reach the bedrooms.

Location was perfect, handy to shops,transport and entertainment. Staff were polite and very helpful

The location is fantastic. Woolworths and a coffee shop are directly across the road. Flinders Station is a 20-minute walk, the Crown and waterfront is a 10-minute walk, the DFO a 20-minute walk, the MCG a 30-minute walk. Everywhere was so central. We had a 3-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. There was a small laundry with a washing machine and dryer, which was super handy. The loungeroom had an aircon and heater. The bedrooms had pedestal fans only, but that didn't affect us since we visited during winter. There were plenty of blankets, and if you had extra ppl, you could use roll away beds for a small fee. The complex had a small gym and a heated lap pool, which my kids loved using during the heart of winter.

Nothing much. There were minor issues only, such as locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors not working, and furniture being rather cheap, like the coffee table which was so wobbly I was afraid the kids would break it. I also couldn't seem to get the oven working (despite turning on the power switch). These were minor issues only, and for the price and location, The Sebtinal was perfect for our family holiday.
