"Good location, a bit tired but spacious unit for our week in Melbourne."

The location was good, walk to southbank and NGV. Woolworths across the road was handy. Beds are very comfy. The unit is spacious (there were 5 of us). Easy tram access to CBD. Swimming pool was nice and was a good temperature. Tennis courts were also great and were used.

A few areas of concern. There was a crack in one of the bedroom windows, didn't affect our use, but will need to be looked at. The carpets have come up on the entrance to the bathrooms - with nails sticking up. One of us had a sock cut up and another had a cut foot due to this. Would have appreciated shampoo (there was body wash), but not a major problem as woolies close by. The lounge is old and the material is torn in places revealing the foam. carpet threads in the lounge room. The unit is fine for a weeks stay, just a bit tired with some aspects needing attention.

"Very Good"

The location was great, great layout. Very roomy.

Could of been a bit cleaner. Washing machine seal was full of mould. Table wasn't the cleanest and kitchen floor was sticky.

"Sintenel stay"

Excellent location, apartment was nice and spacious. Had everything you need for your stay Loved it.

Nothing we didn't like Just a few suggestions like more than 1 towel per person. Same with tea towel maybe a couple not 1 and needs new shower head in onsuite room.

No tennis rackets fir tennis court. A suggestion of having a hiring service at front desk.

Was lovely & clean, had everything you needed, key pick up was easy, the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean, comfortable and so centrally located, would definitely stay again & recommend to friends. Was a fabulous place to stay.

If I had to be super critical, the carpet could do with underlay & central air conditioning would have been nice, but that is really clutching at straws to be negative.
