"Great location and stylish apartment."

Fabulous location right in the heart of Hastings St. This apartment is in the Sebel Hotel development with an allocated security car space right near the lift. The apartment is located on the third floor at the rear of the complex and there is a lift. The apartment is very spacious with a huge bathroom and stylish furnishings.

Only a queen size bed. Aircon was not very effective. Seemed to work better with the windows open.

"DO NOT BOOK they are managed by Aspire Property Management and there attitude is appalling"

Location

It was dirty, broken toilet seat, pubic hair on bathroom roof and on balcony., broken shower tap handle, broken shower grill, broken cupboard. Appeared clean but it was not!!! Aspire Property Management manage the apartment not SEBEL!! This company was absolutely appalling in customer service. We had property stolen from the property along with many other issues and Aspire merely said "Oh well" hope you enjoyed your stay. Did not offer any solution to any of the issues we had throughout the stay. Leonie was the property manager at Aspire - she quoted I feel as though I have empathised enough with your situation!! She DID NOTHING to address any of the issues for $2800.00 for 9 days - DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

"sadly wouldn’t recommend this property"

it was a very nicely appointed apartment

there was building construction opposite our balcony approx 4 meters away from 7am to 4pm. privacy and noise pollution were problematic. we didn’t have a car and the management agency was a 40 minute round trip walk to collect return keys. we were woken at 2am one night by a fire alarm and other guests said it had happened the week before. no staff, no firemen arrived and the alarm stopped after about 15 minutes.
